JR Veterinary are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to come & join our team.
The team are an experienced bunch & having launched JR back in the middle of 2020, we’ve hit the 18-month mark & are keen to grow. We’re a tight-knit family who are looking to welcome the next JR superstar into our ever-growing team – could it be you?
Here’s a little bit about the person:
- Working within the Niche market in Veterinary, we are looking for a candidate who has at least 1 years Recruitment experience.
- Must be able to work from home as this role is fully remote working
- Be able to build lasting relationships
- Can communicate with both clients and candidates.
- Conduct interviews and ensure all relevant checks are done including right to work
- Be able to advise on CV writing techniques
- Be able to talk on the phone and have great networking skills
- Have the right to work in the UK
- Have excellent time management skills
Here’s a little bit about the role:
- Be able to source candidates for our clients
- Develop and identify business relationships
- Mange interview process
- Negotiating pay rises
- Writing job descriptions
- Formatting CV’s
- Advertise your roles on relevant job boards
- Account manage.
- Fully remote working
& here’s a little bit about what’s on offer:
- Base salary on offer £20,000 – £28,000 DOE, please call to discuss
- Bonus scheme OTE in the region of £45,000+
