JR Veterinary (‘JR Vets’ or ‘JR’ to our friends) has enjoyed some exceptional growth & success since its inception back in September 2020 & because of that, we’re ready & keen to grow our team.

We are looking for a recruitment superstar, a consultant or resourcer with at least 12 months experience looking for their next role; their next opportunity to make a real difference to the candidates & clients they work with.
Your opportunity
As a trusted member of the JR family, you would be responsible for the following areas:
- Develop and Identify business relationships.
- Sourcing suitable candidates
- Managing the Interview process
- Negotiating pays rises.
- Formatting CV’s
- Writing Job descriptions
- Advertising on relevant Job boards and social media platforms
- Collecting timesheets and supporting the Finance Manager.
- Be able to Account Manage and build lasting relationships.
Your skill set
From our humble beginnings, the team here knows what it means to be part of the JR Family. We are a bunch of unique & professional individuals that would love the opportunity to work with someone who has some of the following skills:
- Building interpersonal skills
- Conduct interviews and ensure all checks are done to enable candidates to work in the role
- Write CV’s and skills needed for interviews
- Be able to utilise our CRM
- Be able to work well in a team

We would love to talk to a Recruitment Consultant or Recruitment Resourcer with at least 12 months experience within the wonderful world of recruitment. Alongside that, we would be excited to talk to someone who has:
